仕事内容

・Develop and execute Financing Strategies: Conduct in-depth analysis of market conditons and the company’s financial positon to design and implement optmal financing strategies that support both short- and long-term goals.
・Bank Loan and Investment Corporaton Bond Negotatons: Lead discussions and negotatons with financial insttutons to secure favorable terms for loans and the issuance of Investment Corporaton Bonds.
・Plan and Manage Equity Finance Actvites: Design and implement detailed plans for equity finance, ensuring compliance with all legal and procedural requirements.
・Oversee Risk Management for Financing Actvites: Identfy and assess risks associated with financing strategies and execute effectve risk mitgaton plans including but not limited to interest rate hedges.
・Prepare Comprehensive Financial Reports: Provide detailed, tmely, and accurate reports to senior management, summarizing the progress and outcomes of financing actvites while offering data-driven insights for decision-making.

必要経験

・Professional Background:
　-At least 5 years of experience in financial management, corporate finance, or related roles.
　-Demonstrated expertse in financing operatons and negotatons with financial insttutons.
　-Proven success in finance-related roles within the real estate industry, partcularly with J-REITs.
・Technical and Analytcal Expertse:
　-Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, budget planning, performance analysis, and cash flow management.
　-Strong foundaton in finance and accountng principles (equivalent to or above Level 3 of the Bookkeeping Certficaton.
　-Intermediate to advanced PC skills, with a focus on MS Office Suite.
・Strategic Thinking and Precision:
　-Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic, forward-thinking mindset.
　-Exceptonal atenton to detail and accuracy in all numerical and document-related tasks.
