仕事内容
・Oversee and be responsible for the planning, budgeting, forecast and control of operating and capital expenditures for DC facility operations.
・Translate the company's strategic objectives into actionable operational plans detailing clear implementation roadmaps and milestones for cost optimization.
・Support Purchase Order and Invoice Register process including accruals and payment of expenses.
・Oversee the compliance of all customer lease agreements to ensure all obligations of the Landlord and Customer are being met.
・Supervise and approve the administration of the facility liability insurances.
・Supervise the selection and performance of vendor services, including preparation of request for proposals and service agreements.
・Supervise the onsite physical security and ensures 100% compliance with our security policies and procedures, and Customer SLA lease requirements.
・Support customer audit, internal industry annual compliance and certification requirements (ISO, SOC/PCI, etc.)
・Maintain a strong relationship with the Asset/Property Manager and Accounting Manager to ensure that all corporate objectives are being met.
・Support of us centralized processes including AR, AP, and others as required.
必要経験
・More than 5 years of experience in commercial real estate management and related financial reporting
・A proven track record of providing superior customer service
・Strong verbal and written communication and expression skills(Japanese and English)
・Solid understanding of financial terms and principles and the ability to analyze financial statements, including experience with financial reporting, accruals and budgeting
・Experience working in a fast paced, high-volume workplace and the ability to remain calm under high pressure.
・Familiarity and experience with a property and accounting management software program (OBIC, etc.).
・Strong organizational skills and detail orientation.
・Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively with demanding customers.
・Self-starter mentality and the ability to work with minimal supervision. A good team player.
・The ability to travel to other locations throughout the region as needed.
