・外国政府等の信用力の審査に関する業務
・海外の経済政策及びポリティカルリスクに係る検討
・海外の政治・経済事情の情報収集及び調査
・外国政府等に係る資産自己査定及び行内信用格付に関する事務 - 必要経験
- ・新興国や発展途上国の政治・経済を調査することにより、信用力の審査を行うことから、これらの国々や政治・経済に関する関心を有していること
・実際に調査・審査に従事するにあたり、経済学等に関する知識に加え、データに基づき論理的に物事を分析する能力・姿勢を有していることを期待（但し、業務に関する研修を適宜用意しており、入行後に意欲を持ち取り組めば必要な知識は十分に取得可能）
・担当者として行内関係部署や外部関係先との窓口となり、上司の指示を待たずとも主体的・意欲的に、また計画性を持って業務に取り組むことを期待

- Responsibilities
・Support business goals and manage primary market research across Asia-Pacific markets.
・Connect research knowledge to business goals and decisions.
・Partner with internal teams (Sales, Marketing/Brand, Capital Ideas Pro, Capital Learning and Business Data, Analytics and Tools (BDAT)) to understand and address business needs through research.
・Use a range of research methods, including qualitative and quantitative approaches.
・Work with Global Research and Insights to interpret data, generate insights, and communicate findings.
Bring research insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
・Partner with Capital Ideas Pro, Capital Learning, Sales, Marketing, and others to integrate research into training programs.
・Guide co-developed surveys and research projects with strategic clients.
・Present research findings to clients and internal stakeholders.
Manage relationships with external market research vendors and internal clients.
・Independently manage projects, including objectives, timelines, and vendor coordination.
・Oversee vendor selection for ad hoc research, drafting RFPs, evaluating proposals, and recommending vendors to senior management.
・Participate in client and internal meetings as needed.
・Influence senior stakeholders with knowledge and insights.
Maintain a deep understanding of the marketplace and client needs.
