- 仕事内容
- ■Investment and Research
・Contribute to team investment process and team management of assets
・Lead meetings with management of companies and provide updates at team meetings
・Perform analysis of company results and provide results commentaries of portfolio holdings
・Attend all regular team meetings to discuss and present investment ideas
・Undertake security and sector analysis and complete stock notes
・Keep up-to-date on sector, market developments and trends
・Represent abrdn in client meetings
■Portfolio Construction/Management
・Participate in generating trade ideas and portfolio construction for funds managed on desk
・Assist in monitoring portfolio/portfolio activities
・To be able to rebalance portfolios
・Plan and execute trades and ensure all trades are in line with requirements of client mandates
■Leadership/People Management
・Mentor and train junior team members
■Marketing/Business Development
・Present the investment process to prospective clients
・Work closely with distribution team to win new mandates
■Risk Management
・Maintain up-to-date knowledge of compliance and dealing procedures
・Comply with all regulatory, legal, corporate and client mandates
■Training and Development
・Build and maintain knowledge of abrdn investment process, products and systems
・Participate and attend Continual Professional Development opportunities - 必要経験
- ・Passion for investing
・Over 7 years’ experience in the relevant industry
・Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
・Team player with ability to manage own workload
・Flexibility, adaptability, and respect for others’ views
・Strong analytical and research skills as well as intellectual curiosity
・A good Bachelor’s degree or Post-graduate degree combined with extracurricular interests and
achievements
・Excellent command of spoken and written English
・Ability to converse fluently in Japanese being a plus
・CFA qualification is a plus - 予定勤務地
