    To work closely with the Principal & Head of Japan and his management team in support of strategic leadership initiatives. To serve as primary resource in conjunction with the Principal & Head of Japan for the development and coordination of executive materials and reports.
    1. Coordinates all Japan Leadership Team (JLT) meetings. Creates and develops content and agendas, engages speakers, and coordinates outputs. Ensures meetings are run effectively and efficiently. Tracks, monitors, and follows the progress of action items that
    emanate from the various key meetings. Initiates follow-up meetings and communications for key stakeholders as directed. Manages meeting formats, obtains feedback on the meeting experience and modifies as needed in partnership with JLT members.
    2. Creates high level presentations (in both English and Japanese where necessary), for use by the Principal & Head of Japan and JLT in various internal and external speaking engagements. Collates relevant data and provides information in a user-friendly and creative format. Develops presentations on a wide variety of topics as assigned by the Principal & Head of Japan. Engages JLT or relevant members as and when appropriate to ensure accuracy and consistency of message delivery related to Japan business and strategy.
    3. Authors and supports the design and development of Principal & Head of Japan communications. This includes VIJ Board of Director reports and presentations, monthly and quarterly executive reports, international communications, and any other reports as determined by the Principal & Head of Japan. Works closely with relevant crew members to coordinate the timely delivery of materials. Plays an important role to help the Principal and Head of Japan to develop key themes and messages that support the culture and ensure consistent, frequent messaging of those key themes.
    4. Manages key initiatives for the Principal & Head of Japan. Works with members of the JLT, the project management office in Hong Kong, and other key crew to develop timelines and supporting documentation as needed.
    5. Organizes the Japan Business Planning and coordinates with broader Asia Business Planning. Manages meeting venue and agenda.
    6. Obtains feedback on reporting and reviews regularly to ensure reporting efficiency and effectiveness. Further develops management reporting package for JLT.
    7. Maintains strong knowledge of applicable company and our business processes, policies and procedures. Maintains awareness of business competitors, keeps current with financial services and legal environments.
    8. Acts as a general advisor to flag any concerns and as the sounding board for the Principal and Head of Japan.
    9. Work with the Principal and Head of Japan’s administrative support staff to ensure accuracy, coordination, and appropriate prioritization of the Principal and Head of Japan's calendar.
    10. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
